CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT OF EAST TENNESSEE FOR A COLLEGE AND CAREER READINESS PROGRAM FOR THE TERM OF OCTOBER 1, 2023 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2024, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR THREE (3) ADDITIONAL YEARS.
