CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF THE TENNESSEE VALLEY AND RECEIPT OF UP TO $104,806.37 IN FUNDING FROM A 2023-2024 21ST CENTURY COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER GRANT FOR EXTENDED LEARNING PROGRAMS AT DOGWOOD ELEMENTARY, NORWOOD ELEMENTARY, AND SOUTH KNOX ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS.
