CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT FUNDS AND DONATIONS FOR THE KNOX COUNTY SCHOOLS AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED LIST AND IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $217,106.59.
