CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT ONE TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF WOMEN, INFANT AND CHILDREN (WIC) PROGRAM SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE GRANT CONTRACT BY $1,091,600.00 TO ALLOW FOR THE PURCHASE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES TO CARRY OUT THE SCOPE OF SERVICES.
