CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING THE METHOD OF DISPOSITION (PUBLIC AUCTION OR NEGOTIATED SALE) FOR DELINQUENT TAX PROPERTIES OWNED BY KNOX COUNTY; APPROVING THE SALE OF PROPERTIES FOR LESS THAN TAXES OWED PURSUANT TO TENN. CODE ANN. §67-5-2507 AND §67-5-2508; AND FIXING THE OFFERING PRICE OF THE PROPERTIES.
