CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, AMENDING KNOX COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 42, ARTICLE II, DIVISION 2, SECTION 42-64, “POLITICAL ACTIVITIES RESTRICTED”, TO CLARIFY THAT SHERIFF’S OFFICE PERSONNEL MAY BECOME A CANDIDATE FOR ELECTIVE OFFICE IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH CHANGES TO THE HATCH ACT.
