Suspend rules to not read Consent Calendars aloud.
AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: 3. Commissioner Dailey moved to suspend the rules and not read the Education Consent Calendar and the General Government Consent Calendar as stated in Section P, Consent Calendar, in the Commission Rules. Commissioner Smith seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Smith, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Busler, Beeler, Dailey, Jay and Biggs voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
On March 29, 2021, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Suspend rules to not read Consent Calendars aloud.” by a vote of 11–0.
Motion to suspend the rules and not read the Education Consent Calendar and the General Government Consent Calendar.
