Amend Knox County Code Chapter 4, Article I, "Beer".
Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Code, Chapter 4, Article I, "Beer", to provide for the sale of beer in Knox County to be regulated by the County Commission or a board or committee composed of County Commissioners and appointed by the County Commission. (Ord. No. O-09-3-107, adopted 4-27-09) (Second Reading).
On June 24, 2024, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend Knox County Code Chapter 4, Article I, "Beer".” by a vote of 10–0.
