AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: 4. Commissioner Smith moved to amend the agenda to add the following items: Item #2 - Resolution R-21-3-102 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, memorializing Knox County Clerk Chief of Staff Michael Paseur; Item #37 – Resolution R-21-3-805 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency for the provision of public assistance pursuant to Presidential Disaster Declaration number FEMA-4427-DR-TN for severe storms, flooding, landslides, and mudslides during the period of February 9, 2019 to March 30, 2019 in an amount not to exceed $123,236.60 with a local match of $16,653.57; and Item #43 – Ordinance O-20-12-101 - Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending Knox County Code, Chapter 38, Article II, Division 1, Section 38-33 entitled “County Board of Health” to provide for the Board of Health to serve as an advisory board to the Knox County Health Department (amends Ordinance O-96-3-102, adopted April 22, 1996). Commissioner Biggs seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Smith, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Busler, Beeler, Dailey, Jay and Biggs voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
