Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract with Waste Management Inc. of Tennessee for the provision of Facility Waste Collection Services to be utilized by Knox County agencies, Knox County Schools, and facilities managed by the Public Building Authority.
