Approve Amendment One to Grant Contract with TN EMA.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment One to a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency for the provision of pass-through funding from the United States Department of Transportation Hazardous Materials Emergency Planning Grant for fire training to benefit personnel within Knox County, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the Grant Contract by $21,407.50 for a total of $38,168.00 (In-kind match provided though fire department personnel time)
