Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment No. One to Contract No. 23-503 with the Knoxville/Knox County Community Action Committee to provide for an extension to the term of the contract and to provide additional Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds in the amount of $58,093.36 for rehabilitation/construction services and administrative program costs to support low-income, owner-occupied single-family homes (no local match required)
