Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Agreement with Knox Housing Partnership dba Homesource East Tennessee to provide $267,500.00 in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development 2023 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds for infrastructure work to prepare for thirty (30) affordable senior housing units to be known as Willow Place III (no local match required)
