Approve agreement for HOME funds for Willow Place III construction.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an agreement with Knox Housing Partnership dba Homesource East Tennessee to provide $700,000.00 in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development HOME Investment Partnerships program funds and HOME Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) set-aside program funds for the construction of four (4) units of affordable senior rental housing to be known as Willow Place III (no local match required)
