Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an agreement with Skilled Services Quality Construction, LLC for Innovative School Model Projects at Austin-East Magnet High School, Carter High School, Carter Middle School, Farragut High School, Gibbs High School, Gibbs Middle School, Gresham Middle School, Halls High School, Holston Middle School, South-Doyle High School, South-Doyle Middle School, West Valley Middle School, and Whittle Springs Middle School at a cost of $3,110,000.00.
