Remove item R-21-3-805 from the General Government Consent Calendar.

AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: 6. Commissioner Smith moved to amend the agenda to remove the following item from the General Government Consent Calendar: Item #37 – Resolution R-21-3-805 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency for the provision of public assistance pursuant to Presidential Disaster Declaration number FEMA-4427-DR-TN for severe storms, flooding, landslides, and mudslides during the period of February 9, 2019 to March 30, 2019 in an amount not to exceed $123,236.60 with a local match of $16,653.57. Commissioner Biggs seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Smith, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Busler, Beeler, Dailey, Jay and Biggs voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.

On March 29, 2021, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Remove item R-21-3-805 from the General Government Consent Calendar.” by a vote of 11–0.
