Forrester for rezoning from A Agricultural to PR Planned Residential up to 8 dwelling units per acre, property located at 11326 Sam Lee Road, Parcel ID 103 059, (6th Commission District), (Planning Commission’s file number: 6-L-24-RZ).

On July 15, 2024, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda: defer Item #10 (Taylor D. Forrester rezoning)” by a vote of 10–0.
