Amend agenda to withdraw Foster Grandparent MOu, Budget Amendments, and Board of Education ordinances.

Motion to amend the agenda to withdraw the following items: Item #3 - Resolution R-24-7-203 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Memorandum of Understanding with Knoxville-Knox County CAC Office on Aging for the Foster Grandparent Program for the term of June 30, 2024 through June 30, 2027; Item #30 - Budget Amendments; Item #38 - Ordinance O-24-7-103 - Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Charter, Section 6.01, entitled “Board of Education,” by revising the number and method of election of members of the Board of Education and providing for the submission of the Charter Amendment set out in this Ordinance to the voters of the County (Knox County Charter, Article VI, Section 6.01); and Item #39 - Ordinance O-24-7-104 - Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Charter, Section 6.01, entitled “Board of Education,” by revising the number and method of election of members of the Board of Education and providing for the submission of the Charter Amendment set out in this Ordinance to the voters of the County (Knox County Charter, Article VI, Section 6.01).
