CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, TENNESSEE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR $134,375.00 IN PASS-THROUGH FUNDING PROVIDED THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO THE HOMELESS AND THOSE AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS UNDER THE FISCAL YEAR 24 EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT (ESG) PROGRAM AND APPROVING THE ESG WRITTEN STANDARDS
