CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY FOR THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC ASSISTANCE PURSUANT TO PRESIDENTIAL DISASTER DECLARATION NUMBER FEMA-4742-DR-TN FOR SEVERE STORMS, STRAIGHT-LINE WINDS AND TORNADO ON THE DATE OF AUGUST 7, 2023 IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $588,576.57 WITH A LOCAL MATCH OF $82,397.01
