CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, TO AUTHORIZE AN EMPLOYER PARTICIPATING IN THE TENNESSEE CONSOLIDATED RETIREMENT SYSTEM TO DECREASE THE VESTING REQUIREMENTS FROM TEN (10) TO FIVE (5) YEARS IN ACCORDANCE WITH TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED, SECTION 8-36-204(B)(2)
