CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 8 TO THE ENTERPRISE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN KGIS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS RESEARCH INSTITUTE, INC. (ESRI) FOR ESRI SOFTWARE, DATA, WEB SERVICES, AND DOCUMENTATION, WHICH AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS BEGINNING AUGUST 3, 2024 AND ENDING AUGUST 2, 2027 AT A COST OF $1,875,000.00
