CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT ONE TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES FOR THE OPERATION OF THE KNOX RECOVERY COURT AND KNOX COUNTY VETERANS TREATMENT COURT, WHICH AMENDMENT PROVIDES FOR AN INCREASE TO THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,750.00 (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED)
