CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, AMENDING THE KNOX COUNTY CHARTER, SECTION 6.01 ENTITLED “BOARD OF EDUCATION,” BY REVISING THE NUMBER AND METHOD OF ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION AND PROVIDING FOR THE SUBMISSION OF THE CHARTER AMENDMENT SET OUT IN THIS ORDINANCE TO THE VOTERS OF THE COUNTY (KNOX COUNTY CHARTER, ARTICLE VI, SECTION 6.01)
