CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH CARNEGIE LEARNING FOR THE PROVISION OF CURRICULUM IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT FOR THE TERM FEBRUARY 1, 2021 THROUGH JANUARY 31, 2022 WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS, ONE (1) YEAR AT A TIME, FOR A POSSIBLE TOTAL OF FIVE (5) YEARS
