CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING CONTRACTS WITH BLISS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, INC., GREAT SOUTHERN RECREATION AND PLAYWORLD PREFERRED, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AS NEEDED FOR THE TERM OF MARCH 1, 2021 THROUGH FEBRUARY 28, 2022 WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS, ONE (1) YEAR AT A TIME, FOR POSSIBLE TOTAL OF FIVE (5) YEARS
