Approve rezoning request of William Zayets
Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of William Zayets for rezoning from I (Industrial) and A (Agricultural) to RA (Low Density Residential) as per Planning Commission’s recommendation, which includes the following conditions: 1) access must be from Ball Road; and 2) maintaining a no-disturbance boundary to the rear of the stream.
