Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of 1222 Development LLC for rezoning from A Agricultural to PR Planned Residential up to 5.1 dwelling units per acre with the following conditions: (1) A ten foot wide Type B buffer with trees planted at a maximum of ten foot centers with expected mature height about 15 feet along the western and southern property lines; and (2) access to Millertown Pike shall be in compliance with subdivision regulations and any variance request must first be supported by Engineering and Public Works to maximize safety and traffic patterns.
