Amend agenda: hear Ordinance O-25-6-102 before Resolution R-25-6-903.

Amend the agenda to hear Item #61 – Ordinance O-25-6-102 - Consideration of an Emergency Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, to repeal Chapter 18, Article IV, Division 2 (Sections 18-141 through 18-143) of the Knox County Code relative to the Juvenile Detention Center and adopting new Sections 18-141 and 18-142 to place the operation and control of the Juvenile Detention Center under the Sheriff of Knox County and to create a Board of Directors. (Ordinance Number O-91-8-107, adopted September 29, 1991) before Item #58 – Resolution R-25-6-903 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, 1) authorizing the Knox County Mayor to hire a qualified Transition Advisor/Interim Superintendent to be placed at the Richard L. Bean Juvenile Service Center to serve through December 31, 2025; 2) requesting CTAS to complete a Comprehensive Assessment of the Richard L. Bean Juvenile Service Center; 3) requesting the Tennessee Department of Children's Services Office of Child Welfare Services to continue weekly monitoring visits to the Richard L. Bean Juvenile Service Center; and 4) appointing four (4) Commissioners to the Juvenile Service Center Board of Directors to serve until August 31, 2026.
