CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AN ENGINEERING DESIGN CONTRACT WITH BARGE DESIGN SOLUTIONS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $98,700.00 FOR THE DESIGN OF GEOMETRIC REALIGNMENT OF BAKERTOWN ROAD AND JOE HINTON ROAD TO IMPROVE MOTORIST SAFETY.
