CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 WITH CSX TRANSPORTATION, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $104,538.00 FOR ADDITIONAL FLAGGING SERVICES NEEDED FOR BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION AS PART OF THE COWARD MILL WIDENING PROJECT.
