CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, ACCEPTING THE DONATION FROM THE KNOX COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION D/B/A KNOX COUNTY SCHOOLS OF CERTAIN LAND FOR ITS RESERVATION FOR THE SOLE PURPOSES OF THE CONSTRUCTION, USE, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE GIBBS PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS AND, FURTHER, RESERVING SAID DONATED LAND AND ADDITIONAL LAND OWNED BY KNOX COUNTY FOR SAID PURPOSES.
