CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING TEN (10) CONTRACTS WITH A-1 CERTIFIED SERVICE, INC.; BALLINGER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY; FIRST PLACE FINISH, INC.; KWS, INC.; MILLER'S ELECTRIC, LLC; STANLEY HOMES, LLC; SOUTHEAST RESTORATION GROUP OF GEORGIA, INC.; DPN BUILDERS; KRUG & SONS, INC.; AND CONRAD CONTRACTING FOR CONTRACTOR SERVICES IN THE KNOX COUNTY HOME REHABILITATION (KCHR) PROGRAM.
