Consideration of the closure of an unnamed Right-of-Way that was the original alignment of Hoyle Beals Drive, situated between Middlebrook Pike and the relocated Hoyle Beals Drive, Commission District 6.
On June 23, 2025, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Approve closure of unnamed right-of-way (original Hoyle Beals Drive alignment).” by a vote of 10–0.
