CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (TDOT) FOR STATE-AID FOR THE RESURFACING OF WASHINGTON PIKE FROM EAST EMORY ROAD TO MURPHY ROAD WITH AN ESTIMATED PROJECT COST OF $1,439,500.00 WITH $1,410,710.00 (98%) PROVIDED BY TDOT AND $28.790.00 (2%) PROVIDED BY KNOX COUNTY
