CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY FOR HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PASS-THROUGH FUNDING IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $389,778.00 FOR FIRST RESPONDER EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING FOR THE SIXTEEN (16) COUNTIES COMPRISING TENNESSEE HOMELAND SECURITY DISTRICT 2, INCLUDING KNOX COUNTY (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED)
