FOR THE PROVISION OF RESEARCH-BASED ASSESSMENTS TO AID WITH THE SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR EMPLOYMENT FOR THE TERM OF MAY 1, 2021 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2024 WHICH MAY BE RENEWED ANNUALLY FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL YEARS AT AN ANNUAL COST OF $49,655.00:
