CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT 2 TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF HIV/AIDS CORE MEDICAL SERVICES AND SUPPORT SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT BY $708,900.00 AND EXTENDS THE CONTRACT BY ONE (1) YEAR TO EXPIRE MARCH 31, 2022 (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED):
