CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT 2 TO A FIVE-YEAR GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT BY $8,000.00 FOR A NEW TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $2,931,592.00 (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED):
