CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT 1 TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF TUBERCULOSIS (TB) CONTROL AND PREVENTION SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT BY $578,600.00 AND EXTENDS THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT BY ONE (1) YEAR TO EXPIRE JUNE 30, 2022 (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED):
