Approve Amendment 3 to TN Dept. of Human Services IV-D Magistrate Services Contract
CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT 3 TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES RELATED TO IV-D MAGISTRATE SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE GRANT BY $306,475.38, INCREASES THE LOCAL MATCH BY $157,881.26, AND EXTENDS THE TERM BY ONE (1) YEAR TO EXPIRE JUNE 30, 2022:
