On September 28, 2026, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, accepting the resignation of Krystal Gibson from the Knox County Ethics Committee and appointing _________________ to complete the unfulfilled term of Ms. Gibson on the Ethics Committee, which term expires on October 31, 2027. (Commissioner Hill)” by a vote of 11–0.
