Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment One to a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Department of Health for the provision of Fetal Infant Mortality Review and Community Infant Mortality Review and Community Infant Mortality Reduction services, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the contract by $450,000.00 and extends the term by three (3) years to expire June 30, 2024 (no local match required)
