Amend Commission Rules on Order of Business and Public Forum

Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Commission Rules, Rule I, Section B entitled “Order of Business” to 1) add places on the agenda for Presentations and Budget Amendments; 2) move Public Forum after Presentations; and 3) provide that Public Forum at the beginning of the Commission meeting is for agenda items only and Public Forum at the end of the Commission meeting is for open topics
