January 27, 2025Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Contract with the Tennessee Department of Health for the provision of laboratory testing to comply with the Environmental Protection Agency’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting requirements for the period beginning on July 1, 2025 and ending on June 30, 2028 with the cost per test based upon the State’s current cost per test price list
