Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract renewal with Avertest, LLC dba Averhealth in the amount of $150,000.00 for FY 2026 (7/1/25-06/30/26) using FY 2026 excess fees from the Knox County Criminal Court Clerk's Office for the provision of drug and alcohol testing services for Knox County Criminal Court Clerk Services, including General Sessions Criminal Divisions (Div. I – Div. V) and Criminal Courts (Div. I – Div. III); Knox County Specialized Courts, including Knox County Mental Health Court, Recovery Court, and Veterans Treatment Courts; and Knox County Probation Services
