Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract renewal with Avertest, LLC dba Averhealth in the amount of $150,000.00 for Fiscal Year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) using Fiscal Year 2027 excess fees from the Knox County Criminal Court Clerk’s Office for the provision of drug and alcohol testing services for Knox County Criminal Court Clerk Services, including General Sessions Criminal Division (Division I - Division V) and Criminal Court Division I - Division III); Knox County Specialized Court, including Knox County Mental Health Court, Recovery Court, and Veterans’ Treatment Courts; and Knox County Probation Services
