An Ordinance to amend Chapter 4, Article II, Division 2, Section 4-56 of the Knoxville City Code so as to require either the permit holder, an employee of the permit holder or an agent of the permit holder to pour and serve beer.

On January 17, 2017, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council deferred “Ordinance to amend City Code requiring permit holder, employee, or agent to pour/serve beer” to a later meeting.
