A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Southern Constructors, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $615,461.50 for the Old City Streetscape - North Side W. Jackson Avenue Project, which is a portion of the overall Old City Streetscape Improvement Plan.
