Express appreciation to KUB and authorize Mayor to accept donation of 3 acres at 4719 Old Broadway for greenway
A Resolution expressing appreciation to Knoxville Utilities Board for the donation of 3 acres of property at 4719 Old Broadway to be used for a future greenway trail and small parking area, and authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to accept said donation.
